The second round of IEOs will run on all exchanges until August 29, after which it will finally be time to prepare the listing. It will take at least two weeks to prepare, but I would prefer to focus on late September — early October. Such a long (well, relatively long) period is not connected with our laziness, but with the need for the technical implementation of not just listing, but creating a pool of liquidity, opportunities for staking and other pleasant things for you that we have invented and are going to implement (or rather, already in implementation process).
