New domain names for ARNO Token Project

In order to ensure greater information security of the ARNO Token project, as well as more complete awareness of our partners and those who would like to become them, the domains https://arno-token.ru (arnotoken.ru) and https://arno-token.by (arnotoken.by)were purchased in the national domain zones.
Our team has begun work on the full Russian-language localization of the site, including all the current documentation.
